    First reminder letter after the end of the contract:

    • If the debt is up to 500 EUR, the fee is 15 EUR
    • If the debt is between 501 EUR and 1000 EUR, the fee is 20 EUR
    • If the debt is over 1000 EUR, the fee is 25 EUR

    Second and third reminder letters after the end of the contract: 5 EUR each
